Event changes

We have changed the date of our Upbeat Drumming group so that it is now in the hour immediately before the guided meditation.
The date of the next sessions for both groups is now Sunday 20th June 2021.
The location is at St Thomas Musbury Church Hall, Helmshore Rossendale
the prices are reduced to £10 only for both drumming and meditation, or £7 for an individual session
Drumming is an excellent tool to improve our wellbeing.
​Both sessions can help to reduce feelings of depression and anxiety.
